Eliza is a Vancouver-based Writer + Director.
Across commercials, music videos, and narrative film, Eliza brings creativity, intention, and a refined cinematic style to every project. Her work blends elevated, dreamy visuals with emotionally resonant storytelling, crafting films that are both visually striking and deeply felt. She is drawn to stories that deepen empathy and broaden perspective, often exploring culture, social themes, and the female experience in ways that invite reflection.
She studied Communications and Media at SFU and Directing at UCLA, later honing her craft in the ad industry designing treatments for some of the world’s most iconic brands and top directors.

Eliza is a Shiny Awards Finalist, recognized by a global jury spotlighting the next generation of commercial directors. Her films have screened internationally at festivals including LA Shorts International Film Festival, Venice Shorts, Williamsburg Independent Film Festival, and Female Voices Film Festival NYC, and have been featured on LBBonline, Kodak, Nylon, VICE, and Refinery29.

Informed by her lived experience as a neurodivergent filmmaker, Eliza is passionate about building more mindful, accessible production processes and strengthening representation both on screen and behind the camera.
